Privacy policy

This policy explains how Mr Kay Enterprise, trading as MKFrames (“we”), UTC, Area 10, Garki, Abuja, handles personal data under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. Contact: hello@mkframes.shop, +234 810 368 3453.

What we collect and why

• Order details — name, phone, email, delivery address, gift note: to make and deliver your order (contract).
• Your photos and text — to print your frame and check it before printing (contract). We remove location (GPS) data from photos when you upload them.
• Payment status — from our payment partner Bachs. We never see or store your card details.
• Marketing — reminders and offers only if you tick the box at checkout (consent). You can stop them any time.
• Site analytics — pages visited and steps completed, to improve the site (legitimate interest). Photos in the builder are never recorded.

How long we keep it

• Photos and print files of paid orders: 12 months, for reprints and repeat orders, then deleted.
• Photos uploaded but never ordered: deleted within 30 days. Photos in your browser stay on your device and expire after 7 days.
• Order and payment records: as long as Nigerian tax and accounting law requires.

Who we share it with

Only with services that help us run your order: payment (Bachs), photo storage and hosting, email delivery, and the dispatch rider or courier who delivers your frame (name, phone and address only). We never sell your data.

Gallery

We only show a customer's photo in our gallery with their written permission. Ask us any time to remove a photo.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Email us and we respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
