Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed with Mr Kay Enterprise, trading as MKFrames, on this website or on WhatsApp.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Nigerian naira and include printing and the frame. Delivery is charged per order at the rate shown at checkout for your area; pickup from our Abuja studio is free. Payment for the frames and delivery is taken online by our payment partner Bachs, or by the invoice we send for WhatsApp orders; your order is confirmed only when the payment is verified.

Your design

You choose the size, frame colour and crop before paying. For word portraits, our designer sends a proof after payment and we print only once you approve it; please check every word and name carefully, because we print exactly what you approve. You can ask for changes until you approve.

Your photos

You confirm you have the right to print the photos you upload. We use them only to make your order and do not publish them without your written permission.

Production and delivery

Standard production is 2–3 working days after payment; rush production (24 hours) is offered when the studio has capacity. Delivery dates are estimates and can move during public holidays or very busy periods; we tell you if your order will be late.

Damage and reprints

We replace or reprint a frame free of charge when the fault is ours: it doesn't match the preview you approved, has a production or packing defect, or is damaged on the way to you. Check your frame on delivery and report any problem straight away with photos. Details are in returns and reprints.
